At Nine West, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer easy returns on unworn merchandise within 30 days of the original purchase date.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the unworn footwear or accessories in their original packaging and include the packing slip provided in your shipment.

  Attach the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid return shipping label from our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy to monitor the status of your refund.
